All services offered by Queeramnesty are on a voluntary basis and partially only possible through donations. That being said, we do not commit to the fulfillment of all offered services/support at all times. We are, however, committed to keep standards high and fulfill all offered services/support at all times.
Refund Policy - the basics
Supporter Membership
A refund for a Supporter Membership can be claimed until and including the 14th day from payment (counting the day of payment as day 1) - without the need to specify any reasons. After the 14 days, we may still grant the refund based on a goodwill basis. A Supporter Membership can be converted into an Active Membership at any time.
Active Membership
A refund for an Active Membership can be claimed until and including the 14th day from payment (counting the day of payment as day 1) - without the need to specify any reasons. After the 14 days, we may still grant the refund based on a goodwill basis. An Active Membership can be converted into a Supporter Membership at any time.
Mentoring
Since the amount is CHF 0, there will be no refund. A Mentee can request to cancel the Mentoring Membership at any times. This can be done by the Mentee itself through the Member-Menu on our Website or via the Mentor. In that case, all Mentee-related data will be deleted from our database.
